Sean Tavares (Palau, Ministry of Justice)
Sean worked on data management at the Ministry of Justice of Palau, specifically on the process for tracking key performance indicators. He created Excel templates to automatically update key performance indicators (KPIs) when records are input into the Bureau of Public Safety (BPS) system.
For his consulting project, Sean worked with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) to automate reporting that supports the MOJ funding. Sean created a solution to augment existing Bureau of Public Safety (BPS) systems using an Excel template to pull data from the BPS system and generate dynamic statistical visualizations using charts and graphs. This solution saves time and creates a clearer picture of the public safety work being done by the MOJ.
