Brittany Redmond (Palau, Republic of Palau Social Security Association)
Brittany worked with the Republic of Palau Social Security Association (ROPSSA) to develop an online payment method that allowed for employers to conveniently submit payments to the Social Security and Healthcare Fund.
During her consulting project, Brittany worked with ROPSSA to simplify the process for employers to submit social security tax payments. Brittany implemented online forms allowing taxpayers to submit their payments online. This improved the user experience for Palauan’s using the system to pay their taxes.
