Jonathan worked alongside the Ministry of Human Resources, Culture, Tourism, and Development (MHRCTD) to help with the process of generating and approving work permits. He researched software to replace the manual paper-based permits. He was not able to implement the solution but left the Ministry with his research and recommendations for next steps.
