Cecilia redesigned the Ministry of Health and Human Services of Palau's website by using a content management system (WordPress).
During the summer, Cecilia worked with the Ministry of Health and Human Services (MHHS) of Palau to redesign their website on WordPress. The focus was on mobile responsive and user-centered design. Documentation on WordPress was provided to MHHS employees to ensure long-term sustainability once they published the site. Automatic installation of regular plugin updates for WordPress was included to ensure user privacy.
